Use this map as a guide. Ground shipping is the pink colored area, make this your choice if your shipping destination is within this pink area.

We ship frozen, highly perishable food Mon & Tue each week. If your delivery destination is outside the pink area, overnight next day air delivery is required for your shipping method. To avoid delays, select your shipping choice accordingly.
