We are a scratch made, small batch factory producing over 11 varieties of tamale flavors using clean ingredients. Our meat tamales are all produced under inspection following all meat safety guidelines. We also offer tamales for those appetites looking for options like vegetarian, vegan, and sweet tamales.

When you think of tamales, this is what comes to mind. The spice level is minimal and we hand clean our pork shoulder.
Ingredients: Cooked pork, Masa (Corn treated with lime, water) pork broth, red chilies, canola oil, granulated onion & garlic, cumin, salt, black pepper, baking powder.
