Family owned and operated in Fate, Texas since 2016.
We are a scratch made, small batch factory producing over 11 varieties of tamale flavors using clean ingredients. Our meat tamales are all produced under inspection following all meat safety guidelines. We also offer tamales for those appetites looking for options like vegetarian, vegan, and sweet tamales.

Shipping
Use this map as a guide. Ground shipping is the pink colored area, make this your choice if your shipping destination is within this pink area.
We ship frozen, highly perishable food Mon & Tue each week. During the warm season, if your delivery destination is outside the pink area, overnight next day air delivery is required for your shipping method.
During the winter months, we will allow ground shipping to those regions that typically experience a winter climate. More specifically, temperatures to your delivery destination must have below 50 degrees as a daytime high, the week of transit.
To avoid delays, select your shipping choice accordingly.
